Congressmen Ron Kind who has received over 16,000 in his
career from the Koch brothers is now attacking Scott Walker for
"benefiting from Koch's billions."
This is the height of hypocrisy! Maybe the unions should shout
"this is what Hypocrisy looks like" when they see Ron Kind again.
Below I confront Ron Kind on his Koch bashing hypocrisy.
Below is the email.
A year ago thousands of working men and women gathered at the Capitol in Madison to protest Scott Walker's extreme agenda that favors huge out-of-state special interests at the expense of Wisconsin workers.
People from all walks of life -- Teachers, snowplow drivers, farmers, firefighters, manufacturing workers, and small business owners -- came together to make a stand for Wisconsin's middle class.
United, they launched a historic movement to put government back in the hands of everyday people. Last month, they turned in more than a million signatures to recall Scott Walker, but now Tea Party billionaires are trying to drown out their voice with a $700,000 advertising blitz during the anniversary of the protests in Wisconsin.
Will you join me in solidarity to help Wisconsin Democrats fight back by adding your contribution of $10 or more to the "Defeat Walker Money Bomb"?
The Tea Party knows that they can't win in November if Scott Walker is defeated in the upcoming recall election. That's why they've gone "all in to save Scott Walker" by desperately trying to spin Scott Walker's record of failure.
Scott Walker's "reforms" have already led to Wisconsin being ranked #1 in jobs loss, #2 in cuts to K-12 education, and #3 in cuts to higher education. And despite all of Scott Walker's devastating cuts to our schoolchildren that he shamefully used to pay for billions in corporate handouts, Wisconsin still has a massive budget deficit.
It's not working, but rather than be honest with the people of Wisconsin about his failure to create jobs, balance our budget, and protect our schoolchildren, Scott Walker is hiding behind millions in unlimited campaign cash from billionaire Tea Party donors like Charles and David Koch.
The Tea Party agenda is an economic train-wreck that cripples the middle class while allowing the rich to get richer. That's why the same billionaires who are propping up Scott Walker's campaign are also going after me and my record of standing up to powerful lobbyists and special interests.
We must stand in solidarity to save Wisconsin from Scott Walker.
Donate $10 right now to the money bomb to defeat Scott Walker and help us win the first election of 2012.
I'm all in to defeat Scott Walker in the months ahead and win again this November.
In solidarity,
